Moms’ Swap - Children's clothing swap from 1 to 3 pm in the York Road Room. Good, used condition clothing can be dropped off at the church in the blue bin from March 22 until 9 am on March 27.

Missions Coffee Cafe - In support of an upcoming missions trip to Nicaragua, visit our cafe in the Fellowship Room before or after the service, to contribute to the trip.

Benevolent Fund Sunday - All loose cash in the offering box will go for needs within the congregation & community. Donations can also be sent in by etransfer, as long as they are noted for the “Benevolent Fund” and include your name & address.

Ongoing Events
A quick overview of the ongoing ministries we have running weekly to monthly.
Sunday Morning Services - Every week at 10:30 am, including children’s programs from nursery age to Gr. 5; more details here
Coffee Klatch - Join us in the Fellowship Room most weeks after the Sunday morning service for coffee/tea and a time a conversation & connection. In July & August, we’ll be serving lemonade &/or iced tea!
Listen to Sunday announcements for weeks we won’t be hosting Klatch (which includes potluck weeks).Sunday Sports - All those 10+ are invited to join us in our upstairs gym, 12:30 to 1:30 pm December to June, most Sundays after our morning service. Sports will rotate through basketball, dodgeball, soccer, with a short halftime break each week to think about how God’s Word connects with life and sports. Full calendar schedule here.

Small Group Bible Studies - Please contact the church office to get connected with one of our Bible Studies.
Prime Time (55+) - Third Thursday of the month, September to November, January to June. Typically meets in the Fellowship Room at 1:30 pm for guest speaker and refreshments. Schedule here.
Volleyball - Wednesdays at 6:30 to 9:30 pm in the Gym for intermediate to advanced level adults
Monthly Games Night - Fourth Friday of each month, September to May, 7 to 10 pm in the Fellowship Room. Bring a game, a snack, and a friend! There is no Games Night for June; we will restart in September.

Women’s Ministries
SNIPS - September to June, alternating Tuesday afternoons at 1:30 pm & evenings at 6:30 pm (see full schedule here). Handmade items for those in our community & beyond.
Moms Connect - September to June, Friday mornings 9:30 to 11 am, September to June, in the Board Room, childcare & snacks provided.

Kids & Youth Programs
New City Catechism Class - Every Sunday at 9:20 am in the Board Room for kids 9+, September to June
Jr. High Youth Group - For Gr. 6 to 9, Thursdays, twice a month, 7 pm, in the Youth Room. See more details & the 2025/26 schedule here!
Crestwicke Chorus - Weekly chorus & drama program for Gr. 1 to 7 in the Auditorium, October December, February to May. Registration will open fall 2025.
Bible Quizzing - Mondays, 3:45 to 5 pm pm in the Crestwicke Library for kids & youth born 2007 to 2016. September to May; restarts in fall 2025.
